Reliability

Reliability

Clients and Suppliers value reliability. Whether that comes in the form of the delivering promises on time or providing support when required, reliability is key. At Eat Routes it shapes our days and sometimes we take it for granted, but in our business being known as a reliable company has made us leap ahead in our competitive industry, so what makes Eat Routes a reliable company and how can we ensure you notice these characteristics?

  • Manage Commitments is key. It goes back to the very basics of business. If we say we are going to do something then we do it. We focus on setting up timelines to check progress as we complete our commitments.
  • Communication and engaging with clients and suppliers effectively allows us to be seen as reliable and will help us build trust in what we have to offer. Outlining to clients and suppliers the status of the work we are doing for them and when their projects will be delivered is key, as it allows them to plan for other aspects and puts us on the front foot.
  • Start things and Complete Them There are many times in business where we start things but never complete them, thus starting and finishing things are the bookends of reliability. The best way to build reliability with our clients and suppliers is to not only done by starting strong but to finish strong as well, rather than fading away which is common in our industry.
  • Be Truthful Honesty in business can sometimes seem like a myth, but it’s a cornerstone to the process of doing real business with people who you know, like and TRUST.
